Meet Brent

As president of The Finnamore Group Inc. Brent leverages his 25+ years of deep knowledge in customer service best practices to help companies improve their customer experience and drive sales.
Since receiving his education from the University of New Brunswick in 1991 Brent has delivered consulting, coaching, training and keynotes to more than 370,000 people in hundreds of companies, in dozens of industries, around the globe. Brent helps companies transform their human and organizational capital into tangible business results. Working with the C-Suite, the management team and front-line teams of his clients, Brent helps companies improve sales results, service performance and widespread behavior change.
He is also the author of several books on customer service, sales, motivation and management.
Residing in Montreal, Canada, Brent is an avid Ironman triathlete and marathon runner (avid, not fast!).
